This is my first post of the season. I've enjoyed reading this board for a long time.
No fancy analysis, just years and years of experience.
Cleveland/Jacksonville O/U 32: 1st time starter Charlie Frye for Cle, 4th time starter Garrard for Jacksonville. Cleveland has won 2 straight at home against inferior competition (TN & MIA). Cle. defense has been the only thing consistent in the last few, offense has struggled. For Jacksonville, Garrard is no Leftwich - will likely struggle against Cleveland's well coached D.
Pick: UNDER 32, 1 unit
Minnesota at Detroit: Minnesota has quietly won 4 straight and beat a very good Giant team in the Meadowlands. Detroit is just plain awful with nothing to play for but a good draft pick.
Pick: Minnesota -2 1/2, 3 units
NBA tonight: Sunday lock is Phoenix -11 1/2 vs. Atlanta. No possible way for Atlanta to keep up with the Phoenix scoring machine.
