Georgia -9.5 over Rider ****
Rider has 5 wins over Monmouth,Marist,Mt St Mary Stonehill.. They played Providence in a 1 pt loss. But Georgia has a front line of a few 6'11 guys and Rider when they played Rutgers were blown out of New Jersey 76-46. Think the same tonight. Bulldogs fired Crean and are somewhat rebuilding with White as their coach. He has Roberts as his playmaker and scorer and Oquendo as his top scorer. Geo just beat a solid Notre dame team and lost on Ot to Geo Tech. Think Georgia has to much athleticism,size and speed for the Broncos playing away . Rider has Murray the best player in the MAAC conf, but not enough around him. Geo has Roberts on top who can score and distribute and has Oquendo next to him He has a solid fd in Lindsay and a few 6'11 front court players Plus McBride the North Texas 3 pt shooter has transferred to the Bulldogs. Despite the Rider coach they do play good defense but Geo has to many " greyhounds " and should win by double digits at home.
Watched the Texas-Tex AM Commerce game. Texas dominated and was up by 30 with a few minutes left and decided to play " street ball" the last 3 minutes and no defense. Hate that and Texas lost the cover as Tex AM made about 4 or 5 uncontested dunks at the end. Oh well thats what happens when you give 29 points away. my bad. But out of concussion protocol today Think Bulldogs basketball team are a little jealous of all the press their football team is getting.

Dog lover watched the game on TV.Carr was on fire and those freshmen they have. wow this team only lacks big size paint players Bishop is only 6'6 but plays like he is 6'8 Those gds Hunter Carr and co are or could be the best gd combo's in the country. Think Beard is gone Although his girlfriend is now blaming herself her initial police report wasn't the same And the most important part of her statements now are different then what she told police. But she has physicals mark on her around her neck .. To me that is the "sleeping gun" Anyone and many refute what they originally told the police But you can't change the physical marks left on her . I think the DA and maybe the grand jury will investigate it more and hear all the facts. But I think he will never coach at Texas again . What a shame and I hope I'm wrong but Beard I think is done.
Going tomr nite to see Tex St . Daughter in Philly postponed her trip here for New Years . One of her boys has covid. Hope you have a nice News Years My wife and I are babysitting the grandchildren Capped Georgia tonight and think they should be a double digit fav over Rider my best to your wife and family
