There are few guys on this site that I'm sure are HUGE Road Ragers...........and you know who they are.
A lot of people do it for insurance/legal purposes.
Let's say the people recording got plowed into by an oncoming car after they were blinded by that water......Little better to have this tape on your side than to just tell the judge, "No! I'm serious! That SUV pulled over into the puddle, and then gunned it to splash another car!"
looks like that was from russia, more usual than unusual there... and for a reason. it is your only proof when shit like this happens:
