when was he ever great?
he was capable last year. that's about it. the steelers won with their rushing attack. he was great at handing the ball off and managing a game. he didn't necessarily make plays or carry a team on his back.
he was 9 for 21 with 2 picks in the superbowl.

I think all of his offseason distractions are catching up with him now....throw in a concusion a few weeks ago also. Just a bad year for him.....his confidence has got to be shot right now. He'll gain it back sometime....when is the ?.
As well as Batch played, and considering the physical beating he has taken, why not sit him down till next year?

Nope, he still throws more INTs than TDs and they're only playing Browns for god's sake.
I have seen every game he's played for the Steelers and obviously he is having problems this year.
The SuperBowl was average to below average for a winning QB, can't deny that.
