Nothing was done incorrectly by the cop at all, the woman should have learned at a young age to do what authority asks, its really that simple.

Had to track him down at the tae kwan do studio.......where i watched him disable 4 opponents.... I did not watch the video just asked him what the procedure might be. He wanted to know the reason for the stop.....which i did not know. he did say however that once someone is out of a car you do not let them back in....

When you're stopped by a cop, do NOT get out of the car. It's pretty simple.

In in early 20's, I was stopped for the first time for speeding. Ignorant about the law, I opened my car door and started to........ Cop yelled from a distance, "Get back in the car". I promptly complied because I was (became) a scared little girl.

I think the cop in the video was too aggressive with this teacher though. Conclusion: They were both wrong.
