rollover & bonus questions...

yesterday i wasted 15 minutes of my time on the phone trying to register with a book & nothing was accomplished. so instead of wasting my time again i thought that i would ask these questions here:


is there a difference between a fee play bonus & a cash bonus ? to me there seems to be no difference.


when a book says that there is a rollover requirement before the bonus can be withdrawn......do they mean that the bonus alone has to meet the requirements..or do they mean that the deposit & bonus must meet the requirements ?

lets say there is a 3x bonus rollover and you deposited $1,000 with a 20% bonus. you'd have to wager 1,000 + 200 (bonus) * 3 which means 3,600 wagered until the bonus has cleared and you can withdraw it. big difference between free play bonus & cash bonus. cash bonus is the amount such as 200 above but if you get a free play bonus of 20 % it would be 200. however if you bet that 200 on a football game at -110 the only amount you get to keep is the amount won which is like 185. so cash bonus is better
