do you have a harrah/ceasers total rewards card or a mlife card. if you have one their websites will be the cheapestl if not sign up online and they will email you specials.

best website for promos on strip is smartervegas.com as they will have several promo codes for hotels and if you sing up for their emails they will have a few secret codes.

best rates will be from hotels website with a player card.

be sure to check all fees. Some search sites like trivago will show the resort fee, for example. I've stayed at cheap places in December, like Boulder Station, where some days mid-week the resort fee was higher than the room price!
