Imo, this is a good spot for Penn State vs. Utah Over 55. I see both offenses settling into a good grove and the game going substantially over. I attended last year’s game and Cameron Rising was awesome until he got hurt. Penn State seemed to get stronger on offense as the season progressed, especially with those 2 RBs stepping up. I’m not a huge Sean Clifford fan, but I believe his experience and ability is more than enough to get this one over on PSU’s end. I also played the 1H Over 27 -127 for 1/2 my fu game bet.
