This story makes me just hate this fat ass. He says 205ers are not well rounded and the HW are more well rounded, WTF are you smoking dude. Rashad or Rampage would kill him.
Anyone who knows how to defend a take down would punch this guy in the face all day. Makes me sick thinking he is good. He is a piece of work.

He has done little to nothing to takedown any of his last 3 opponents.
Kimbo made two inexperienced mistakes leading to both takedowns.
He was only able to get Monson to the ground after Monson failed in trying to get his fat ass to the ground.
In the Arlovski fight, it was Arlovski who swept Nelson's leg only to have that fat bastard fall on top of him.
Nelson blows and Dana knows it. I think Dana was not pissed because Kimbo lost,but simply because he wanted to market the guy that gave Kimbo a beatdown or to be able and say tune as Kimbo is winning.
HE GOT NEITHER. How can Dana go around hyping that performance by Nelson.
Nelson talks out of his ass so him bashing the 205'ers means nothing.
