Going again in early March to Alabama to play 27 holes at Hampton Cove in Huntsville (18 Highlands and 9 River) on 3/8.

Between The Hedges
Live about an hour from the one in Anniston, so when ever I start thinking I am good because I play these local no-rough tracks I head over and get it handed to me. Just f-ing brutal penalty for putting it in the rough when the bermuda is "summer thick"

Enjoy:toast:

I am from Huntsville and think its probably the worst of the Trail ... but still nice tracks

Jump on those back tees at The Shoals ... both courses measure over 8000 yards :scared

A good trip would be the Birmingham courses ... they have 2 locations there with Oxmoor Valley and the beautiful Ross Bridge location

another great swing is the Prattville, Greenville and Opelika ... Prattville and Opelika used to host the Nike Tour Championships :0074

have fun!!!

and oh yeah since you are staying in Florence ... eat at Dale's Steakhouse ... its where the sauce originated and awesome steakhouse :0074

Won't play the back tees early in the year. Played really well last year at Schoolmaster, Shot 74 and 78. Haven't played Huntsville yet. Thanks for the info.

Thanks! Haven't played the par 3's, but will look into the steak house. I would like to play it all the way back in the summer just to try it.
