On the lake. Setting hooks!
I don't believe Jones wins this fight. Jones has the speed advantage. That's it. Ruiz has the size, strength and power advantage. Ruiz has fought by far the better oposition. And Ruiz has more big fight experiance. The biggest fights Jones has had were Toney and Hopkins. And that was many moons ago. And Hopkins was not that big of a name then. I do not buy into the theory that Ruiz can not out box Jones. Jones will have to:

1.get by an almost 8" reach advantage.
2.punch up at a much taller man than ever before.
3.find out some way other than running to keep Ruiz off of him. As I believe Ruiz will be able to walk right thru Jones's power.
4. Jones will have to deal with an arkward Ruiz whose style bothers most heavyweights.
5.And Jones will be grappling with a much bigger man which will sap his strength more than ever before.

Also as Garden Weasel said. I believe Ruiz being a Kings boy will help him get a decision. As I believe Jones will run all night and try to go the distance and just survive. Jones in the past has always been reluctant to take a chance and fully commit himself in a fight. I don't believe now all of a sudden against a bonifide heavyweight he changes. I don't believe Jones will do enough to sway the judges. So with all that in mind:

Ruiz+170

Ruiz by dec.+215

Ruiz by ko+235-(just in case he clocks Roy)
