What are you talking about? Rutgers beat Howard! And got a win against juggernaut North Carolina at their place.

Seriously, if anyone can find an SOS rating for Rutgers in the top 100, or just better than South Florida, I would like to see it.

The biggest problem is South Florida isnt worth a dam, so I took them +4 -112 anyway.
