Gamecock Injury update:

INJURY UPDATE

Two of South Carolina?s post players were injured in the win over Colorado State Saturday with one?s status remaining in doubt for Monday?s contest. Junior center Tony Kitchings suffered a grade two concussion late in Saturday?s game and did not practice Sunday. His status for the game is questionable/doubtful. Sophomore forward Rolando Howell suffered a bruised sternum early in the second half of Saturday?s game, but the Columbia native was a full-go at practice Sunday and looks to make his seventh start of the season against the Friars.

T.K.'s injury will hurt the Gamecocks in the front court. How much remains to be seen. They still have Ro Howell and Marius Petraviscious to bang underneath.

T.K. is first on the team in FG% (.559), second on the team in rebounding(6.0), first on the team in blocked shots (0.7), and sixth on the team in scoring (7.0).

I'll try to post as soon as I get his final status.

Thanks. Wasn't aware of injuries. Is Petraviscious cleared from the suspension? You info is appreciated.

Ro Howell is a bust. The guy looks very ackward on the court. Poor lateral movement and just doesn't seem to have very strong athletacism. What do you think about him?
With that being said, I'm going to the game tonight - you going to be there? If so, feel free to bring me that fifty spot that you dropped in the De la hoya- Trinidad fight.
I'll be a sport and buy you and your girl a beer and a dog with the winnings.

YM-

Petraviscius is cleared and will play. In 3 games since he returned he's averaged 8 points and 5.3 boards. It was only a 3 game suspension. He brings a much needed physical presence to the gamecocks.

Rowdy-

Rolando definitly isn't living up to his capabilities yet, but he had a solid performance the other night against Wofford going 8 of 9 from the floor and finishing with 17 points. He just needs to make up his mind that he wants to be a factor in the SEC. He certainly has the talent. As far as that $50 spot goes I'll give it up as soon as you hand over that chick-fil-a visor of yours. I'm not going to the game, so you'll have to give that beer to your boy the Hammer.

USC Gamecock--

When you lose a bet, pay the debt. Payment ain't contigent on some barter. I know you are sour about the scoring on that fight, but the judges ruled for Rowdy's guy.

Any scoop on your cocks versus the Hoyas Thursday night? Will Kitchings be back?

Hammer,

You need to mind your business boy. Besides, If I were you, I would be thinking about ways to make back all that money you lost ignorantly betting on the 'Cocks when the mighty Florida Gators came into town a few weeks ago. I still don't know how you were foolish enough to make that bet.

As for the 'Cocks tomorrow night, well you'll just have to wait and see.
