never heard of those shoes....There is a famous hand made shoe maker here in Maine which draws in lotta famous clients.
Back in Austin, handmade cowboy boots are the thing - like the $3000 bespoke London dress shoes hand made from a last casted or carved out of a mold of your own feet (comfortable as heaven, and can last 20 years - so not that expensive in the long run) the best boot makers either are not taking on new customers, or have a waiting list 4 years long.

Only vaguely familiar with them. I see Nordstom carries them and they carry high end men's shoes. Also available on Amazon.

They seem well made from what I've read. It's all about fit and quality to me. Out of all the shoes I've owned in my life Kenneth Cole is the best fit for my foot. Fit is my priority and then looks.
Once or twice a year Nordstom has a big men's shoe sale and they carry this brand.

Not a fan of the white soles, do they come in black? I saw a short black lace up boot on Amazon that would look great with jeans. Did you see those?
They have them without the white white soles just can't take a pic from their site. I don't do hightops.
Merrell make a nice shoe.
