Based on the way these two teams have played we have a mismatch. Like I have mentioned in my other post of San Diego State games this team is on a mission. They sit just outside the USA Top 25. They know they will get the city excited if they keep winning and get into the Top 25 poll. USD best player is expected not to play (Nir Cohen) and this just makes it more of a mismatch. USD shot 13-53 (24.5%) in their last game against Texas-San Antonio who had previously lost all their games. San Diego State played an impressive game coming from behind on the road against Santa Barbara who has a good team this year last Saturday. Aztecs will control the rebounding edge both on defense and offense if they have nay missed shots. The game is on San Diego State home floor and they also have revenge from last year as they lost on USD court as a 4 point underdog 90-80. The difference this year is the Aztecs are much better and Toreros are not. Aztecs go for an 8-0 start.

2 Unit San Diego State -15
2 Unit San Diego State - 8.5 1st Half

Record -(1 Unit 3-1; 1/2 unit 0-1)

Just as a side note the Aztecs go to W Michigan this Saturday and then return to face Arizona the following Saturday in San Diego what will be their biggest game to date at home where they do have a chance to win.

I will be at this game. You have the rivalry factor, but SDSU just outclasses them as far as talent. I won't put a dime on it, but I agree with your analysis.

Sorry about that Guys...I was posting from my Blackberry.

What I am trying to say is: San Diego star player "Nick Cohen" is out tonight. he is their leading scorer and assists leader.

He has been out of the line up for a couple of games and San Diego misses him BIG...

The last team San Diego Played was Texas-San Antonio Roadrunners.

Like who are they? They lost by 15pts.

They are facing San Diego St who is ave 80.3 pts a game and OPP to 67.7 pts.

This game is on San Diego St Court and I relize this is a in state rivalry game...but TOO MUCH FIRE POWER here for SD st.

I am taking SD St. -15
