Well, after a very good week, I ended last week with a loss as Jones threw for 325 yds, even though the CBC had him throwing for 314, I knew it was too good to be true..

On to this week, Saskatchewan @ Ottawa - Ottawa QB passing yards OVER 240.5 - Each game that Joesph has started at home; he has thrown not only over 240 yds, but OVER 300.. Ottawa seems to move the ball well until they get inside the 25 yd line or so, and if they are behind, they'll throw and get some garbage yards at the end while going against a "prevent" defense. I can also see a few screen passes to Davis & Ranek..240 seems too low to me..

Good Luck :D

just be carefull because they are playing against the top Pass D in the league... only 200 yards per game allowed...

Point taken Korn, however, the stats are a little misleading...Hamilton was #2 in pass defense, and gave up 325 yds...How many do you think Calgary had last week? Well, they were a 20 yd pass from 300.. and they had 11 points. The Riders still have to play @ MTL, @ BC, @ EDM....

@ Toronto 198
vs BC 269
vs MTL 356
@ WIN 184
vs HAM 100
vs EDM 109
@ CAL 278

@ OTT 241....;)

I hope you get your 241 :) I was just noting the avgs....

That Hamilton # is also a little misleading... could be ranked that high because they have the worst rushing D... and when other teams get big leads run it a little more as well....

As for Sask... taking a look at the past 4 games: Held Winnipeg to under 200 (AVG 243), Hamilton 100, (Avg 180), Edmonton 109 (AVG 227), and Calgary 278 (Avg 291)..... very respectable...... last week was kind of strange.... the D allowed Calgary to move the ball down the field and kept picking them off in the endzone... plus that 1 55 yarder that broke open the D... take that away and its right around the 240 #.....

I'm not saying the Under is the play here.... as Joseph has racked up big numbers... I'm just not able to pull the trigger on either side of this one... tough call..

I wish ya luck and hope they get 241+ and the Riders win by 6 or more.... and we'll both be happy :D
