Three afternoon games....

UCLA -2 over Nova.
UCLA has a frontline that is to big and physical for Sales and Wright.Buchcanon can't shoot off a dribble and needs to be set up.Snowden is the only ballhandler. This team commits TO's under any pressure.
Hate taking UCLA because sometimes you never know who will show up.But they have the horses and greyhounds vs a team that is waiting for Jason frazier to arrive next sept.

NC-Wilmington -3 over James Madison.

The most talented team in the Col conf.Has won 4 conf. games on the road.Has excellents gds,and a solid frontline with Callahan in the middle. They are 10-2 in CAA.They play tough defense both at home and on the road.To athletic for JMU.

Georgetown -4 over ND.
Still comes down to the bds and inside play.GT dominated in South Bend.See the same thing happening in DC.

Box and one --

I'm going with your Georgetown and UCLA picks.

I don't trust UCLA either and that game vs USC this week reinforced my POV. I always buy them down to as close to PK as possible. In this one I took UCLA -1 at -130.

Thanks for the plays.

Well one win with NC-Wilm and possibly 2 losses with GT and UCLA.I'm watching the Nova game now and am kicking myself in the ass.lavin goes out and plays zone vs Nova.Buch hits for 11 pts in 3 minuts vs the zone.
GT is in 2nd OT as I write this.

Hall -1.5 over WV.
Hall almost came back the other nite vs Pitt playing that "diamond press".Howland attacked it wrong and blew the cover for me.I could spend an hour here on what Pitt did wrong vs. the press.
But back to the hall.Lane shot 0-9.Shine came off the bench to even it out.WV suspended Armstead. They need him tonite.hargett cannot shoot.Moss is tough but where do the Mounts get their offense from.
WV has Orr on their side.He has no clue what is going on.
But Barrett is a stud even though everyone is now double teaming him.Halls supporting cast is just a little better. If Lane can hit a jumper the Hall would win this by 7-10 pts.
W/O Armstead and if Orr press's it could spell problems for WV.

Conn -1 over the Johnnies. read Bear posts.he offers a lot on this game.Calhoun told robertson tonite could be his last start. He is in a shooting slump and Gorden is much better. But Gorden in his last few games isn't shooting good.
Johnnies gave Conn a good game up in Conn and lost by 5.Hatten didn't score in the 1st half and had a huge 2nd half.

News flash....I just watched the Nova ending.Lavin, how about calling a timeout with 4 seconds left. The guy was right in front of you.Unreal.

Tonites game is at the garden.Home crowd has a lot of people from Conn there. It should be close but Okafar,Selvie, and Butler are better then Glover,Cuffe and King.Hatten and Butler are even.
But Gorden has half of Mt. Vernon[home town] coming tonite.I'll take Conn to win by a few.

Also like Hawaii +5 over LaTech
G.Mason +1.5 over Hofstra
So Bama +8.5 over NTexas
Drexal -4.5 over Delaware
So. Illi -16 over Drake
Prov-10.5 over VirTech
