Iowa St -7.5 over Texas ***
Cyclones on fire...after blowing out West Vir the other nite by 25 they blow out Miss 87-73...these guys can shoot...then they get Wigginton back who has been hot and he hits for 25 the other nite..they start 4 gds all 6'4 and over but the transfer Shalock is avg almost 20 pts and 5 bds per game.. Two freshman Haliburton and Ticker are tough..their only inside player is 6'9 Jacobson who has to deal with the Texas front line...now you have Wiggington off the bench...Texas looked terrible the other nite but beat Kansas..although they have Hayes and Oset inside think these guys cannot handle 4 gds..Texas is so inconsistent think up in Ames in a foreign gym they get beat...by double d's.
Johnnies +17 over Duke **
Johnnies have Ponds...many will disagree but he could be the best player in the game today...I know who Dukes have..and he is almost unstoppable but Ponds is so good...both will be lottery picks in a few months... think Johnnies can keep this closer and maybe get a backdoor cover despite their coach.
North Texas -7 over Charlotte **
NT was 15-1 and now has hit a wall[ not trumps wall}...lost to ODU by 10 the other nite...Char has no offense and the one thing North Texas does well despite its recent collaspe is play defense..think they get it going today even though Smart is about 6 for 30-40 from the 3...in last 2 games...maybe coach tells him to stop taking 3's and just drive to the hoop..because Char can't defend..

Zaga -22 over San D ****
This train is on a run away..SD is not a bad team but this locomotive can run thru Toreos if they are on the track grazing. Its in Zaga railroad station...Zaga wins by +25-30

Going to the game this afternoon...both teams had won 5 in a row and then lost last game..UTA can't play
defense and Tx St can...the over is so low at 129.5...but will go over by a little..thinking TxSt wins 75-60..hate going to games sitting in row 3 praying for missed shots...so will cheer on the Bobcats and as long as they are up by 8 and get to cheer the Mavs.
UTSA-Marshall Over .not sure what it is but Marshall can score and so can UTSA...Jivvan had 44 points the other nite vs WKU in overtime...Elmore is a stud for the Herd..Think you have the 2 best gds going against each other...the line is Marshall -4.5 and that scares me even though UTSA has the overall better team..but on the road and after losing a tough one to WKU will pass..will come back and find the over-under

At home .. UVA got tested the other nite...its back to shutting down teams again and winning big...Canes are hurting big time..
TCU +4.5 over Baylor **
Think TCU can stop the Bears from mauling every one ..this team is under manned and still kicks everybody..Drew should get Coach of the year... TCU is 0-4 in the B-12..think they come back from blowout loss to Texas Tech the other nite..
