Iona -8 over Manhattan ****
Iona beat them 85-67 last night MC shot 3-18 from the 3.. Iona always beats Manhattan regardless who the coach is...Pitino knows how to coach no matter what you think of him. Because he had all those 5 stars at his last place. Its good he is back to the basics of coaching and teaching. Think they have no problem again with the Jaspers..and remember its an away game for Manhattan ..only a 20 minute ride up the Hutchinson River Parkway.
UTSA -5 over FAU *****over 148***
Roadrunners won by 4 and pushed. Jivan had his 30 and the big kid Germany had a career night with 26 pts and 12 rebounds,, FAU had no post defense to stop him.. UTSA won 84-80 The over and team totals came in pretty easy. Ingram who is hurt did play for 14 minutes and had 0 points and was 0-7 from the 3 pt line and FT line. But Wallace the second best tandem gd had an horrendous night with 6 pts shooting 1-10 from the 3 but 4-4 from the FT line. I forgot to mention a few nights ago they shot 15-16 from the FT line. Jivan and Wallace get fouled a lot but these guys are deadly from the line. think the game goes over,Wallace will not repeat and Jivan has an automatic 30 ..and Ingram has to be hurting for FAU..
TCU +12 over Texas **
Talent wise Texas wins by 25.. Take IQ into account TCU can cover...Texas will be up by 20 with 6 minutes left and shoot 3's and turn it over and the Purple frogs get a back door cover..
Ark ST +6 over Ark LR ****
I guess Howell left the team for Little Rock Huge,huge loss..
UL Laf -3 over UL monroe ****
Cajuns upset last night. No way they get swept ed by War hawks .. Think they will wake up today and win big
UTEP -8.5 over FIU ***
Miners won last night 75-59..and that is with Miners top scorer and best player having only 5 points.
Texas St over UTA ****
We have ice here in Austin today.. roads and highways closed ,schools yesterday.. freezing temperatures just call out the sand and salt trucks to clear the roads... oops they don't have those trucks here.. no salt or sand
