URI -6.5 over Tex St ****
URI lost everybody from last yrs team and at home let Quinnipac uset them in 1st game of season 67-62 Miller is the new URI coach and after 1st game thinks he needs to regroup or wake up because he will be the 10th team in the standing in the A-10 Tx St also lost a lot and its star player is 5'5 Harrell . Tx state will have trouble scoring vs anybody in the front court. URI can play defense with big gds so think they can slow down Harrell and Tex St is playing in the eastern time zone where they never can cover. Also Tx St after day light savings in 1-13 ats [ making those stats up} URI has freeman a pt gd that can distribute the ball and more size up front with decent gd play Think Miller was embarrassed letting a weak MAAC team beating them at home. Ts St was beaten in their opener vs Wash St 83-61 Pacific time zone loss .. maybe there is something to time zones lol
St Peters + over Seton Hall **
I had this game being played a few nights ago . Since Halloway the new Seton coach was at Peter last year he would take his foot of the gas pedal but the line has dropped to -14 or -15. I had it at -20 but didn't play it. might just skip a small play +14 or +15 ..
St Bonnie -6 over Canisius **
These guys are neighbors in upstate NY . two Catholic schools that don't like each other. Bonnies have 5 Catholics on their team where Canisius only has 4. But the Griffs kids received communion yesterday and god gives them +2 plus points . Bonnies lost Lofton and other scorers but think they win this rival game by 8-10 points. Schmidt the Bonnie coach is the best X and O's coach in the country. small play though since Bonnies lost almost there entire team to graduation or transfer portal . You cannot transfer from Canisius because you will be sent to France and become a monk in a monastery.

Won big with Arkansas and watched Nova win but not cover vs Temple doing a few football games and going to Waco to see Baylor vs K-state
