I will not be around a computer saturday until about 5 or 6 PM so I will toss up a few I like for saturday afternoon tonight.

KY/ L'Ville under 139 Same theory as weds. These are two fairly average teams that do not have the fire power of the past. Recent history also supports this play, as tight defense has been the norm over the last couple of meetings.


N. Ill/ Mich over 130, The Huskies can't defend so I see Mich landing at around 80 pts. if the Huskies can drop enough 3 balls to push 60 pts we should have a winner. If Paradise plays for Northern (questionable) I like this play a lot.

Akron /UIC under 144

The Flames can go very big at the guards presenting some match up problems for the Zips hot shooting guards. Not sure that Akron can keep up their torrid shooting pace with their undersized but talented back court getting limited looks from outside.

I like both the Wright St. pick and the Toledo pick. BG is not very good. I think they miss our buddy John Floyd. Toledo is still very talented. If it wasn't for Stan, they would be the premier program in the conference (no offense to your Zips).

Canisius/ Detroit over 128'

Playing the Titans to go over is a lot like playing Miami O to go over, a risky proposition to be sure.The enigmatic Detroit team often has trouble putting the ball in the hole but the soft defense of the Griffs may remedy that situation nicely.
Detroit's defense also has not been consistant and the only two games in recent history have gone considerably over todays number.

Note: I'm not hammering any of these plays extra heavy. I've been on a hell of a run and realize that the law of averages will catch up at some point soon. All plays are for one unit only.Good luck to all today.
