First real post of the season. . . other posts were for one or two games at the most. . . I expect to post at least five today. Here's what I have so far:
Oregon laying 1 over Kansas
Rarely do I get information plays, but this is one of them. Line should have opened around Oregon laying four, but was bumped down due to public appeal for Kansas. Should be a bounce back game for the Jayhawks right? Wrong! Oregon is a great home team and have two guards that may compare to the guard play at Arizona (I certainly don't believe it, but I'm biased for my Cats anyways).
Still not 100% sure about this Kansas team and whether they'll give Arizona a challenge down the road. Also not a very deep team. Anyways, taking Oregon in what should be a great game, but the home team should walk away with a W.
Notre Dame +8.5 over Maryland
Fighting Irish have started off the season extremely well but do not have following or the public visibility that Maryland has had to start off the season (given the fact they are defending champs and their game with Indiana). Another often misjudged perception that Maryland should be pissed off about what happened in the Indiana game and should spank the Irish right? Notre Dame is good enough to keep this one close till the end.
