boys and girls this is a good week to get your ass handed to you. you may consider playing lightly.

very few values out there. lot of road favorites, i figure 50% won't cover if not outright lose.

value plays so far:

indiana+7.....don't like this play ...their too inconsistent with a healthly team but on paper they appear to be a play but again, not for me.

purdue+3'...stands a good chance winning with penn states poor field goal kicking.

mississippi state+2...i think kentucky gets beat here

south carolina +5..not a good place for tennessee.
i've seen them lose to worse carolina teams in past in south carolina. also fulmer can't beat the best all time college coach, steve spurrier.
fat phil is in trouble. the only thing that might saves him is offensive coach cutcliff who knows everyone of spurriers trick plays

western mich -15..

syracuse+6'...where in the hell did vegas get this line from. two poor teams but one with the biggest heart to win is syracuse. remember IOWA, they almost beat'em. played tough against west virginia and covered.

biggest gift:

MINNESOTA+27...ohio state has not covered this many games straight in one season forever.

probably my largest play this weekend

Joe De,

indiana+7.....don't like this play

I'm leaning toward the Hoosiers here, Joe.

They ran into a buzzsaw last week at Ohio State, but the outright wins over Iowa and Illinois were no flukes.

I think Hoepner has done wonders with these kids and from what I can tell they show their respect by giving him one hundred per cent.

Indiana has been lickin' the bucket for a long time. Even the years with Antwaan Randle - El were difficult. But this years team deserves applause.

Mich State, otoh, reminds me of the Oakland Raiders. Half hearted effort...do whatever it takes to get by.

I think bettors are shying away from the Hoosiers based on the shellacking they took at Ohio State. But hey, no shame getting whacked by the best team in the land.

Otoh, I think way too much credit has been given to the Spartans on a miraculous comeback versus a team they were supposed to beat anyway.

Lemme' ask you a question....

who do you think wants this game more?

Mich State or Indiana?

I think the Spartans are in for a big surprise.

So. Cal
totally agree about this weekend going to hand people their asses, it just looked like a very tight card for me as well.

I see alot of good cappers taking SC, and I might play em again this week as well, will have to look closer, but basically alot of people are playing against tenn not necessarily for SC if that makes any sense to you. I personally dont like to fade really good teams, I usually have to like the other team alot that is playing them.

About Minny, I just dont get them, I thought they were going to be depleted and they came out and blew me and Kent St away. Then they have been up and down in the rest of their loses. I just dont see them as a team I can bet on because I do not know if they will show up or not. At least with OSU I know they will be full throttle through the first half. I read that Ginn Jr. has a broken toe in his foot though, (thom24) so that might help your confidence with the minny play

buddy, i'll take another look at indiana, i had them as a laugher pick playing against wisconsin three weeks ago and was destroyed..

blgstocks, the south carolina game is a spurrier play andi throw out all trends stats, whatever.
fat phil has a fit trying to beat him.

the minny play is against ohio state covering the spread. one thng for sure minny will be up for 3 quarters on this game before ohio state starts eating their cake but not by 27 points. i'm waiting for a bit more and play with a teaser...probably florida -14 bet down to -8 on a 6 pointer or possibly vanderbilt.
