Haven't played or posted any baseball for quite some time, but the playoffs are right around the corner and I do see some good value in this play today. This is strictly just my opinion on this game today as I will be putting a good size wager on it, so please don't go crazy as it obviously has a 50/50 chance of winning or losing, but I feel pretty confident about it.
Definite "must win" game here for the Yanks! I feel if they lose this game it will be extremely difficult for them to win Sunday with Schilling on the hill for Boston eventhough he's struggled a bit he is a "big game" pitcher. These two teams have battled each other all season and I see another dogfight in this series as it will go down to Sunday's matchup for the series winner. The Yanks are 4-1 in RJ's 5 starts vs. the RSox this season compared to the Sox going 2-3 when Wakefield took the hill. RJ once again will be on top of his game as the Yanks are 6-1 his last 7 starts! Sox are tough at home, but I see them possibly being a little out of gas after their last two victories coming back over the Jays on Thurs and then taking the first in this very meaningful emotional series with NY.

Yankees -140

GL!! Too bad we couldn't see a Johnson/Schilliing matchup. That would've been great!!!

What's up LMM!! Yeah...I've been here just not posting. Work has been crazy and just haven't had the time to spend capping. Maybe that's why my football is off to a crappy start...LOL!! I'll hopefully get it going soon. I've played some of your picks and I thank you for the winners!! You da man when it comes to your "big" games!! We'll see if I can make a little scratch on those damn Yanks today.....

Some stats hard to ignore...Bo Sox 17-9 at home vs Lefties, Big Unit 5-6 on the road with a 4.71 ERA while Wakefield is 10-3 at home with a 3.67 ERA.

Not sure yet but may play Boston +135
