Hoops,

Played Duke and USC but love UCLA, what are your thoughts on the Bruins today. I had Utah st the other day but I dont see any glass slipper in their future.

USC alum so maybe I am biased, but here is why...

BC plays nobody over 6'8", USC has Scalabrine, Clancy, etc. Most of their offense comes inside.

USC went 0-7 vs top 25 RPI. But look at those games. Miss with Lockhart inside. Bruins with Gadzuric inside. Stanford with Collins twins inside. Arizona with Wright inside.

They blew the doors off Cal (only tourney team besides Northridge they beat) twice because Cal has nothing inside.

In those seven losses, the played Stanford super close, covering both. Got blown out at home to U of A and UCLA but played both close on the road (though they didn't cover). They had Miss beay in Hawaii but made a few dumb plays and lost a double digit lead with under 2 to play (Trepagnier was also on suspension here).

USC has problems at point, where Granville is not a good shooter but he is experienced (senior, I think). BC is just no match for USC inside. BC played in the weak Big East and this is a wipeout waiting to happen if Scalabrine, Clancey, Bluthenthal and Trepagnier come to play. Take USC moneyline you won't regret it.

Hoops,

Why do you like Georgia St.? I'm thinking Maryland will get their act together and bury Georgia St. Some insights please before I decide on who I should go with? I'm leaning towards UCLA too. I think that giving 4 points is too low for UCLA. I think they will win more than that.

Thank you ahead Hoops!

I'm looking at:
Cincy-5.5
Iowa +7
UCLA -4
BC -1.5
I've got to hit the casino now and see if I can get these numbers. I'm on a mini-roll, I'm hoping to continue today.....Thanks for everyone else's input.

OOps, UCLA already started. I might have to play Hampton plus the points instead. Don't know if I have the guts to do it though, might have to just play three today.
