Hi guys , I signed up last week via my credit card after seeing them on your site, did very well this weekend, and requested a payout on Monday and Tuesday, and had to call them today because no one had contacted me. They now told me that it takes 21 days for them to payout, which is ridiculous. Do you know this to be the case?:shrug:

Documentation is required to achieve the "Verified" status in your account if using a credit card:
Scanned colored picture ID (government issued) valid for at least 6 more months.
Scanned colored utility bill (no more than 90 days old) with a matching address to the one registered on file.
Scanned copy of the front side of the card used to deposit (if this was your funding method).
Authorization form signed and properly filled.

I believe there is a waiting period after depositing with a CC. They probably don't even have your deposit yet.
Again, it's not the sportsbook doing these payouts, it's the 3rd party payment processor.
Ok, I didn't realize this is normal , I mine as well cash out all my winnings If I have to wait this long to receive money back. I don't recall this being such a long process with other books.
