Not only has Baltimore won 10 of its last 11 AFC North games SU on the scoreboard, the black birds are a near-perfect 9-0-2 ATS away versus a division foe seeking revenge (Ravens hammered Cincy in the season opener, 44-13).
Add coach John Harbaugh is in the midst of a nice 5-0-1 ATS run as a regular season division underdog.
To make matters even worse for Bengal backers, the striped cats are a winless 0-8 ATS when favored following a rumble with the Steelers. :scared

LW in a 31-18 loss to Atlanta, Detroit played a surprisingly clean game, committing just two penalties for 20 yards. The Lions are 7-0-1 ATS (5.1 ppg) since September 29, 2002 the week after at home as a dog in which they had at least 3 fewer penalties than their season-to-date average.
FLIPSIDE...
Chicago is coming off a free 28-13 win over AZ last week. They led 21-6 at halftime. The Bears are 0-10-2 ATS (-10.4 ppg) since October 16, 2006 after a non-Monday night game where they scored less than 35 points but led by double digits at halftime.
ADD...AZ committed three turnovers in that game while Chicago had just one. The Bears are 0-9-2 ATS (-6.1 ppg) since December 07, 2003 on the road when they won last week while benefiting from a takeaway margin of at least +2 as a favorite.
