The surprising Seattle Supersonics tonight look to continue their fast start to the season when they take on the Milwaukee Bucks.
While we won with Seattle as road dogs last night we're expecting something of a let-down tonight and will recommend the Bucks minus the points.
Milwaukee have covered 6 of 7 this season and their only non-cover was a straight-up win. Thus far at home they have routed the Bulls by 30, beaten the Knicks by 3 when New York were seeking revenge for a thrashing on their home court three night's earlier, and given the Lakers a scare before being outscored 24-10 down the stretch. On the road they are 4-0 ATS and 2-2 SU.
The Sonics beat the Timberwolves 89-87 last night as Minnesota missed some key free throws in the fourth quarter and Ronald "Flip" Murray hit a buzzer beater. Seattle are 4-1 both SU and ATS this season but have to come down from last night's emotional high to play the second of back-to-back games and their third in four nights. Fatigue may well be a factor late in the game as tired Sonics legs struggle to cope with the Bucks up-tempo offense.
Scheduling and emotion are vital in successfully handicapping the NBA and with both favoring Milwaukee tonight being able to get them at -4 represents good value.
Recommended Play: Milwaukee Bucks -4
