I've bet on Seattle twice this year and they screwed me twice giving up last minute TD's vs. Dallas and vs. Atlanta.

Thinking St. Louis +4 out of spite.

I like the revenge factor and outdoors in Seattle plus some key St Loo injuires-Seattle for me

I'll likely go with the OVER, seems like the safest bet to me, neither team is reliable.

Seattle is not a reliable team, but I think they will win this game based on their hatred for the Rams.

Seattle was humiliated in Week 5 vs. St. Louis and I think that is still in their minds.

When it comes to the playoffs, coaching plays a big part. Holmgren can definitely outcoach Martz in this one and Alexander will be definitely fired up to take out his aggression on the Rams for his rushing title loss.
