I'm definitely pumped for this game and being in a room full of MadJackers (in Vegas) only enhances the excitement.
We had an excellent dinner last night (thanks Fletcher) the filet mignon was delicious, as were the cajun mashed potatoes.
Anywayz .....
I would love nothing in the world more
Nor will they cover.
Last time we looked, Vegas had taken in 80% + on the Patriots.
Last week was about the same 'cept with the money going on the Steelers.
Super bowl Trends:
Favorites are 7-1-2 against the spread in the last 10 games.
Four of the last five have gone "over" the total number.
St Louis has not won ATS in their two NFC championship games and their last Super Bowl.
St. Louis is 10-7-1 ATS as chalk overall
New England is 8-3 ATS as a dog.
Ok I hear ya mumbling over there "Wow New England + 14 points after upsetting Oakland and Pittsburgh, what a bargain!"
NOT!....... That?s the old hook!
Let's read on, shall we ?
On the "O" side, the Rams have a substantial edge.
On "D" the Patriots have the edge.
Special Teams, equal. Coaching, an edge goes to Belichick.
The questions are:
Are the Patriots satisfied just getting here?
Maybe some are.
Will some Patriots be too confident after two straight upsets? Possibly.
In their first meeting, Warner threw for 401 yards with 3 touchdowns, but the Patriots only lost by 7.
However, that was coming off of a 48 to 14 azz-whippin to the Panthers. So, maybe the Rams didn?t take New England too seriously. Therefore, the Rams will have much more respect for their opponent. Consequently, when a superior team like the Rams takes notice of a good team they played before, that superior team takes their game to a much higher level.
In what could be the biggest shootout since the OK Corral......

Take the OVER 53
With a small wager on the Rams - 14
I will say it over & over again.....
:director: St. Louis 41 New England 23
Best to all
