your best play as far as hedging would have been yesterday getting Seattle at a much cheaper price. now at 11-5 and climbing you need to risk 550 to make 250, to only hedge half your bet. that would still leave you 650 if the tribe miracously pulls this out. it really depends on your comfort level of how much you want to lose should the tribe shit the bed.

i was yesterday's game, and after Colon self-destructed in the 7th in front of an oblivious red neck Manuel, I see little chance of the tribe pulling this one out. M's have the better pitcher, better pen right now, better hitting, and the superior manager.

I'm in the same boat as you with a series play on the tribe, although for less. I'm not hedging because I can afford to lose what I put up. one other thing you may want to look at is the run line on seattle. it would be cheaper and I don't think finley can keep the tribe within one run of the M's today.

Good luck.

I am opposite both you guys, I have Seattle 4800/2000. Truthfully I thought Cleveland had little chance at all in this Series. I resisted the chance to hedge yesterday, and believe me sweated through 7 innings of Colon yesterday! Tribe & Colon have played much better than I anticipated. I really feel Seattle has every possible advantage going into game 7 as you mentioned Buck. I do have the opportunity to buy back Cleveland at a pretty decent price now, although I'm wrestling with that notion because as I said earlier I really like Seattle at this point. Any opinions??
