how?? Somebody answer this. Redman is a finesse pitcher, his fastball runs about 87--and throws a change-up around 79---I do not see him matching up well against the Giants--How is he going to consisently get outs.This guy is in trouble IMO. How are the Marlins favored,the Giants have the best player in Baseball, Redman's going to be thinking about him while he is on deck, when he is on base, and the inning before he bats, will be thinking about him. I just do not understand, i hear all this value talk with the Braves, but the giants are a dog, with a suspect pitcher their facing, granted Rueter ddoesn't have Nasty stuff, but think he matches up better with flordia than redman against giants.

Redman is not the greatest, but he knows how to change speeds on alot of his pitches. fools hitters quit often.
yeah redman is pitching really well. He is doing a great job of making hitters chase outside,then they start looking away an bam--he busts inside on the fists. Keeping the giants line-up off balance
Have you ever seen more choking with runners in scoring position. The Giants are now 5 for 26 for a blistering .192 avg.

why are the Marlins Favored?? Let me answer that, Marlins got good starting pictching, great bull-pen work, great defense besides Redmans miscue. THeir line-up is pretty damn good to. This game is a toss up, who's going to get the big hit, I hope BOnds gets another chance to bat, this is ultamiltely why i played the giants.
