NHL Playoff Picks.........
We are 3-3 yesterday and a small win.....very small.........These are not actual member plays...we are mock handicapping and have done very well......Good Luck!
Boston +110 .....If it wasn't enough that a group of idiots in the crowd booed the US national anthem the last game, the incident with Canadiens forward Mike Ribeiro faking an injury to get a penalty, and then laughing at and taunting the Bruins bench, should be enough to wake up and motivate Boston to manhandle the smaller Canadiens here in game 4 . Even some of Monteal's own players publicly questioned this action by one of their own. The Bruins big line of Thornton, Murray and Knuble should roll tonight...we don't see the Bostonians ( who were the league's best road team this year) playing 2 sub-standard road games in a row.....
Detroit -1.5 +220..... Much like yesterday's 2 unit win with the Lightning, the WIngs needed a wake up call before taking it to the next level. Well, that last loss to the Preds sure came as a cold shower for them! In fact, counting their 2 wins in Detroit, the Wings have played 3 mediocre games in a row in this series. We believe now that they have lost, they will step it up and play to their potential. The memory of Anaheim last Spring is fresh in their minds and we expect the machine to roll today...really worth a shot to go for the big payoff here instead of laying the -170....
San Jose +120.....and Vancouver +140.....
Similar situations here. We will take the superior club at these dog prices and hope to split at the very least. We expect the cream to rise to the top here. With a win tonight, both the Sharks and Canucks look to go home witha 3-1 lead and wrap up the series on home ice. The value is too good to pass up here, and we expect these lines to drop throughout the day.....
