Thanks guys, looks like we might be getting out of the mini slide now. With a system that requires me to watch the money almost until game time, it's really hard for me to post an early play. That all changes today. Phoenix -2 will def be a play for me tonight. GLT.

I've been following your picks this year and you've been doing a great job. Is is possible for you to elaborate on why you like PHX so much tonight? I've watched quite a few Knicks and Suns games this year and I can't see the Suns being able to beat the Knicks even at home. I would greatly appreciate your insights.

Thanks J, hope you made a few bucks when things were working right. I have 3 reasons that I like the Suns tonight. The first thing I like is the fact that the Knicks are a huge public play tonight with some extra public steam after they took apart the Spurs. That plays into the situational that I really like. Knicks off of a big win against a top 3 team, I.M.O., the Spurs and the Suns off of a loss against a team in the Lakers that hasn't really been playing great ball as of late. Throw in the fact that the Suns are just at .500 at home and the Knicks are 10-7 on the road and this line becomes even harder to swallow. The last thing I like is that the sharps are hitting it hard. I'm showing 88% of the bets coming in on NY but the line has moved from Phoe - 1.5 to Phoe - 2.5. Like you said, why is a 14-19 team favored over a 20-14 team that has playing really well as of late? Home court can't be worth that much in this match up. Line is off and I'm willing to jump on the Suns to take advantage. Hope this helps. I'm also looking at that Philly/Bulls line to try and make sense of that too. Would make it a play but not liking the fact that the Bulls are now the favorite. I'll post all of my final plays around 6:45. Good luck tonight! :toast:

Then, I saw your post and had to ask your opinion. Between you and NBA Kid, I've been doing fairly well with NBA, so thank you. Then, I saw your post and had to ask your opinion. Between you and NBA Kid, I've been doing fairly well with NBA, so thank you. If I'd learn to quit betting my hunches, I'd actually be making some money. Thanks again!

Yeah J, even as a novice bettor you have to shake your head at this one. Knicks have won 4 out of their last 6 with wins over SA, Indy, Chic and OKC and the two losses coming at Miami and Orlando. Pretty good run when you consider who they beat and who they lost to. Conversely, the Suns have lost 6 out of their last 7 with the lone win coming against Detroit. NY is 10-2 ATS their last 12 on the road, 18-6 ATS their last 24 overall and 8-3 ATS their last 11 against the Suns. Something I failed to mention in the situational that I liked also was the fact that the Suns are on a back to back while the Knicks had an off day to travel. All of these things coupled together mean one of two things, this is a really sharp line for the Suns or Vegas is handing out free money tonight on the Knicks. Which has happened before more than once, public has to win every once and awhile. I'm trying to perfect a system that would allow me to avoid losing when the public swing comes around and I'm not sure that it'll ever happen. Hopefully I'm on the right side tonight!
