I honestly think that there is nothing wrong with it. If she wants to wear the coat while walking the dog then let her be. The great thing about not caring what others where is that you wont also care about the things you want to wear. You do you and do not mind other people. It is best to mind your own business even if it is on a television show. Well, it is understandable that it is human nature to judge other people but it is best to keep it to yourself... wear anything you want and don't be fooled by what the media dictates.
