it will be interesting to see what happens. problem is, if it really keeps getting worse and the big properties aren't making the money they want to make, they'll have two options. A) actually improve things, which would hurt short-term profits or B) dump the places and take their write-offs.Haven't we been bitching about how shitty it has been getting for a few years?
First thing out of that clowns mouth was "Bidenomics", so I played the rest at double speed to get through it.
The last five months have shown a dramatic decrease in Strip revenue, while Downtown revenue has increased. That's not the economy, it's personal choice. People are sick of getting fucked over by corporate Vegas.
My take? Too many people still think of Las Vegas as the Rat Pack, Elvis, cheap rooms and food. That was 60 years ago, folks. Still picture it as a place where you get treated like a king for next to nothing. Those days are gone.
Today's Vegas doesn't believing in shearing sheep. They slaughter them, and move on to the next group. The good news? I strongly believe that they will have to start coming back to what people were getting several years ago. Cheaper rooms, food, entertainment, etc.
Unfortunately, it won't last.
You heading out today or are you already there?Yea. Sad to see how much it’s changed and ruined. That video you put up a while ago of Vegas in late 80’s made me cry. Lol
