Shoot out loss question

Played my first hockey game yesterday with the Blackhawks at -180 they lost in the shoot out. Is my play also a loss?

Overtime is included in NHL. In the NHL, the winner in overtime or shootout is credited with a goal. This goal counts towards the final score for grading purposes.

chicago was a loss.
