Just curious if anyone has been shorted on a withdraw before? Tuesday I requested a withdraw via bank wire, was told their was a $30 fee, I was fine with that. On Friday when the wire came in it was $150 less then the amount requested. I've never had this happen before especially with this book. Anyone have an experience like this? Granted I'm still waiting to hear back from them and sent them screen shots of my online bank statement.

I would hope the book corrects the error....that is one heck of a mistake:scared

And no, that has never happened to me.

Please be informed that you have incur an intermediary charge by the bank.

We do apologize for any inconvenience occur.

Kind Regards,

The Greek Customer Accounts.

This is what they sent me. Pretty crappy in my opinion $150 charge plus a $30 charge to do the bank wire. Granted it was a 7k wire but never have had this before with similar cashouts

Was it your bank or the sending bank?

Yeah that is a ripoff. Even though the Greek isn't a preferred book here I would see if Jack could look into it. Betjam is a preferred book here and a sister book of the greek. I'm sure they use the same banking.
