I will never bet/ trust the clips again. I have never seen a more “talented” team play worse! It’s a bunch of individuals, I would rather bet the wnba than this squad!
They’re the atlanta of the west. But better somehow?
clips are near .500 ATS but below, like 30-33 maybe? ATL is last check 26-34 or thereabouts. They don’t cover well at home as dogs or favs, they’re worse on the road, but the east might be better so in conclusion i agree lol.
i don’t know how many parlays i’ve left one loss on with either ATL or the knicks. Or ncaab totals. The clippers i rarely touch because i have no idea who is playing any given night. Like the lakers. AD shoots 16-28 one night and takes 5 shots next game. With westbrook now, who i will under oath swear has shaved pts at least 357 times with absurd 8-32 nights and 11 TO’s, the clips are unbettable.
side story, ive been using ref tendencies once games start to improve my live bets. I stuck with purdue in that dogfight tonight because early 2nd H, it was obvious Purdue would be shooting FTs down the home stretch, and by being under the bonus themselves, got to the bonus just in time to take away wiskys 3pt threat late without putting them on the line the whole 2nd half.
The variations in FT attempts are staggering and totally indicate over or under bets. 67 FT attempts in nd pitt last night. 23 in wisky purdue tonight. C’mon no game is that different in terms of physical play to warrant that.
but one was an easy over the other an easy under. Plus in “certain” games everytime the cover is on the line, one team’s best scorers get hit with a foul each in 24 seconds. Naturally the other team pulls away to cover.
little crap like this has made me better this season. Beware of games where the fav gets to the number and repeatedly fouls start getting called immediately on their scorers. And same goes for a dog trying to creep back in. Not all the time, and not saying its “rigged” but the runs in basketball feel artificial at times. Not in the nba finals, but sneaky like f’kn middle tenn st and north tex
