First off, this is NOT NOT NOT a pay service or number or anything of that sort. About two years ago, I got tired of my sports pager and someone gave me this free scoreboard number, and its worked like a charm ever since. No more pagers when I cant be in the book, on the internet, or near a tv.
It's not a sportsbook, there are no giveaways, NO ADVERTISING, nothing like that. Just a neat little number that AT&T runs that you can find anything about anything. You can search for movie listings in your area, check your horoscope (if on a terrible bad streak), or most importantly get sports scores.
It is an 800 number and is totally free of charge. There is nobody trying to sell you a service or anything or nobody getting you to buy anything, and best of all its real easy to use and updated all the time.
To use is simple. Call 1-800-555-8355. Wait for this hot sounding recorded chick to say welcome to.....Talk over her and say sports......wait for some idiot recording of a guy to say sports nothing but the best.......talk over him and say any sport........wait for him to say the sport.....then say a teams name and it will give you up to the minute score of that team. Real simple and FREE.
I was out to dinner with the girlfriend the other night and we of course had to go to a place with no tvs, and I've got a monster bet on the knicks and I needed a score bad (junkie). Just excused myself to the john and all was well as I won the bet too.
Just thought that since you guys give such helpful info, I would donate some to those that dont know as well
