Guys, first off I really love Madjacks, and alot of you good cappers here. I have had a devopment occur here recently that has basically left me totally crippled! My Wife decided she wanted to leave me for good. She came in while I was gone to Tunica Miss to play Craps a bit. She closed down my checking acct and wiped out my saving. Now I know alot of you all wont think this is much but she got 8,000 in MY savings. and alot more in the checking account. She really wanted to hurt my so she took my passions! My
Big screen Tv, dvd, surround sound my message chair, all my singlemalt scotch. One bottle was given to me by my daddy. It was said to be worth 200.00 a glass. I never tried it. She broke it on my pinball machine.
She alsolutely took everything I own to my name. Now I could get some back when this is over in over a year. Who knows. Guys please be honest and tell me a whole truth, if you all want me to post my plays one way or another. If for some reason you dont like let me know. Ive always thought I was respectful to all, but maybe not. I love sharing my plays and college hoops is what I like the best. You all be the judge of whether Im good or just novice. I dont know how many people if any even read my posts. But if the vote says to continue I will. If it says Wade Or my user name Cabo you arent worth a shit then Ill stop. because right now I dont have a computer. I cant use credit cards or a loan until this is over. Its hard for me to do what I have to do at the libery or at kincos @ 12.00 per hr. I am a very proud man, But if any of you is is the banking field, and might help to to get just a 5000.00 loan legally MEANing I will pay back by FEB 15 please let me know. I could then get my computer plus software and my son (houston)who KRIS took away from temporarily. I could get him Motor cycle I promised him he was getting. My wife also got a hold of my money in my accts. I was alway so upfront and honest she knew everything. So while some was actually with drawn. She play to lose around 7000.00 I lost 12 large. I know its not that much, but I lost 3 years of my life worrying and swearing over that money. Hell I didnt care as much about the cheching acct than I did from my off-shore money. cabo, first let me say that as far as i know you are a member of the madjack's family and your contributions are always welcomed. however, there are times in our lives where our passions and avocations have to take a back seat to more important things in life. it sounds to me like you are at one of those junctures in your life. this would seem like a good time to take a break from sports handicapping and gambling in order that you can give adequate time and attention to your personal situation. your family crisis should be the epicenter and focus of all your energies right now. i suggest you consult immediately with an attorney versed in family law and do not delay in taking some action to protect your relationship with your son and your property interests. you may want to seek the personal and financial support of your family also. we'll all be here when you get the more important parts of your life sorted out.

I might be rude to tell you this but is SHE your wife or a bitch??? My girl once has a talk about me and my bets and the time i was in front of my computer instead of being with her. We were honest to each other and we move on about it. She would NEVER do such things as your wife did! That's horrible! She is a bitch to act like this instead of trying to help you out ! Don't tell me she is doing this because she loves you ! You're a great guy and even though i'm not a regular in NCAA forum i know you contribute there very much and your insights are always appreciated. Very sorry to hear about this. . . my suggestion is to get an attorney FAST and make sure you have proof of your assets and valid estimates of your accounts that she drained.

I'm VERY sorry to hear about your situation. As many people have stated earlier, please get an Attorney as soon as possible. If you don't know a lawyer in your area that does family law then ask any of your friends if they know of one. If they do not then contact the Georgia Bar Association. They will have a referral service that can help you contact a lawyer that practices in family law.

Good luck with everything. As someone stated earlier, sports will ALWAYS be here. As much as I enjoy your posts, you can always come back after you get your situation straight.

While I don't know the laws in GA, were you a client of mine I would immediately file for divorce and ask for an Order preventing her from spending any of the money she took. Some Judges actually go so far as to requiring that the funds be restored to the accounts and neither party spend except for normal living expenses. You need a lawyer TODAY.

Guys, I have done EVERYTHING possible including a lawyer. He tells me that there is absolutely nothing he can do about the money until we go to court. He also said that she would continue the date for as long as she can!! Basically I AM SCREWED. She left me because I worked too much, and made great money, but I was never home. But she didnt work except out at the gym or on some punk ass bitc* she said I wasnt around to give her attention. She admitted she left me for supposedly my "friend" redneck Ho. I guess once white trash always white trash. I have always been a big son of a bitc* I played football all the way thru colege and kick boxed for 18 years. I did alot of juice to get up to 275pd at 6'. But this old boy that took my SON f the wife. I m not going to write it on the computer. I know this person took my money so he and her sorry ass's could buy there Crystal. I will not put up with it. I busted my butt to get where Im at, ungergrad , and my MBA at W&M
So all I need is to find someone, My mom and
sister depend on me for money. so I really have been taking care of wife,son. MY sister and her appt and my mom and part of her morgage. I love mj's and I dont want to stop as long as you all want me, but Ive got to get a computer plus abit of cash. Hell I make that much in 4 weeks, minus money for everyone else. cabo, a few last words of advice. first, forget the animosity and ill will. it will only eat you up and in the long run make this a more miserable experience. instead, direct your energy into your son, family, friends and those around you that you care about - and yourself for that matter. best thing that can happen here is to get past it all and move on.

secondly, you ought to seek a second opinion on the legal front. while i'm not familiar with georgia law, almost all states have some kind of procedure in place to act quickly in emergency domestic matters, either through ex parte orders or an expedited hearing. i spent a lot of years in the domestic court trenches and if you're just going to wait in line with the herd you won't get anything done. speak to someone else before you throw in the towel.
