Showrunners Tues Cubs/Marlins Pick

Hey Guys - tonight is the night i have been waiting for forever - a chance to see the Cubs lock up a spot in the World Series!

However - we can't count these Marlins out yet - but I don't see how they can possibly beat Prior & Wood back to back - I think the Cubs get the job done tonight!

I am treading lightly on this play...have been putting more units on Prior & Wood starts - but because it is coming down to the end of the series I expect a close game - but still see the Cubs winning by more than 1 run...

All i can say is i am still sick to my stomach after last nights loss...don't care about dropping the 2.7 units - just want to see the Cubs in the World Series so bad...I haven't decided if I even want to wager on tonight's game...i just want to see the Cubs win - that's all that matters to me right now...

How about a big wager on the Marlins tonight? They're going off at +190. That way if you lose the bet, big deal; the Cubs are in the Series! And if the Cubs lose, at least you have something to console yourself with. :shrug:

Still think the Cubs will get it done tonight. Woody is the man. Kind of glad he was not at his best Friday; he got that one out of the way. I think he's been itching to get another shot at the Marlins, and he hasn't pitched at Wrigley in almost a month (last time was 9/17 vs. the Mets). Everything about him just screams intensity and he'll be more than up to the challenge tonight.
