This is just the third time this year that Casey has started the 2nd day inside the top-10 - on the previous two occasions, he has shot 75-72 to fall outside the top-10 in the next round, so while he is certainly showing better form recently, he is not yet consistent enough to be backed to push on from his opening 68. I'll certainly back Scott instead - in six previous visits to Sentosa, he has won three times and finished in the top-3 in five of those visits.

Luiten finished ahead of Ramsay in all three common events in the last month. Having also finished well ahead of him in each of the last two years here, Luiten looks to be the player to back in this matchup this week.

Soren Kjeldsen to beat Prom Meesawat -110 @ 5Dimes
It was a poor finish to his round after such a good first nine holes that should be Meesawat's lasting memory of today's round. Given that he has finished mc-mc-mc-wd in the last four years here as well, a repeat of his second nine looked more likely tomorrow than a repeat of his first nine. Given also that Meesaway has failed to finish ahead of Kjeldsen in any of their last 15 common events, it is clear who I think should be the favourite in this matchup.
