i shortened the amount of topics on each page from 75 to 50. maybe that will help.

i think it might have been an internet traffic problem for you because i'm on a dial up at 28800bps and it was fine for me.

let me know.

Dunno fellas, every once in awhile it takes along time to load. I'll find it usually when this place is cranking. This morning, when posting my bases selections for example, took along time. It happens every once in awhile, so iit's not a big deal to me. I'm on dsl as well. must be a traffic issue.

There are a lot of resources concerning DSL and cable on the web.
A good place to start would be www.dslreports.com.
Also a speed gun with graphic display that shows where you are in relation to where you should be at http://webservices.cnet.com.
I cleaned out cache today and it helped a bunch.
If you have IE, that's tools/internet options/temporary files/delete.

since i use different servers and different browsers, like aol, netscape, ie, i can tell a big difference. aol is ok, but i believe either ie or netscape or both are slow, to the point that i close the browser and come back to aol. i am using a standard 56k modem.
