As of right now it is a tiny bit slow but nothing major. I'd classify it is a minor inconvenience, or to but it another way, not a big deal at all.

Thanks Wayne. It usually happens during heavy traffic times but not always. You know when there's something wrong with your car and you take it in and it quits doing it? That's about what's going on here so difficult for tech to simulate. They do see the heavy server load but they don't know why. I offered to buy a monster server loaded but they wanted to fix it without it costing me. I have no idea why.
