I've stayed away from the Sixers losing streak...haven't watched or played many games this season, but a few here and there. Thanks NBA Kid for the Maverick win I got tonight!

That said, I heard about Philadelphia when the streak hit 18 or so. Ever since, seems like they've had a brutal schedule, playing the Pacers a couple times, the Bulls, Spurs....I've seen a couple huge lines, like 20+ but either haven't taken anything or even just haven't been home to get on it.

They are at Houston on Thursday so I'm thinking if they lose that....then they have a home game against Detroit. Finally, a game against a team that sucks, plus its at home. Have no idea what the line will be, but if the streak is still on....maybe they take out a lot of frustration and just beat the hell out of Detroit.

Atlanta and Charlotte follow, so some winnable games, and if Philly is a pick or worse...I don't know, maybe some value coming up. I could almost see them being a home fav against Detroit and being one of those things where you ask yourself....why is a team that just lost 26 in a row favored by X...and be one of those situations where the play is Philly or nothing.

Also, best thing might be just to leave this horrible team alone altogether. But why would we do that?!? lol

U posted a lot of what I was thinking re: this streak. Can't see them beating Houston( so of course they well might). If they don't the Detroit game will likely b a play for me. Detroit has a been covering like mad on the road and I look for at least the ats streak to end and a possible philly win as well.philly will play their balls off trying not to set the record I would expect.

....half falling asleep with sportscenter still on a little while back, the' casters speaking on phillys' losing streak, and had a graphic about chances moving forward as to their continued futility... apparently at the time there was a 60% chance they would lose next X games and then a smaller chance/likelihood -something like 40ish percent they would lose X+ games, though I found it interesting in that was only 1.4 percent chance they lose out -- based off some statistical analysis they did. as it stands now, 11 games left... and they really did play the knicks close to ending streak there... but you probably could make a case that they "could" win against any of remaining opponents -even heat, last game of year, depending on where they stand in relation to playoff standings

I actually think they'll win 3 more... that's me, we'll see I guess. philly ML or nothing probably moving forward

look at it this way ats in thier streak you be so way up your rich

they are 9 - 16 ats so you won 64% of bets.

now if you somehow took the whole streak just on the ML s/u on every team sixers faced you won $2500 or $25,000

however next game sixers face a team just as bad as they are the Pistons also in race for lotto balls along with Bucks and few other losing teams like only 15 wins
