You guys survive the 5 hour non stop pelting of hail wind and rain????

i had about 3 inches of hail in the driveway....unreal storms

Fawk me what a night! It looked like we had three inches of snow from all the damn hail. I lived in West TN, so I lived through many tornadoes; but I have never been through something like last night where it was one after another.

The back window of my car is gone, shattered. Also looks like Nole practiced chipping golf balls all over my car. Oh, and we are moving today and tomorrow:facepalm:

Horrible evening.

Hail popped a couple of holes in my wife's convertible top. Car is dented to shit! No windshield damage though.

Garden is destroyed. Hail was hitting it like missles! Start over this weekend.

Hail was bouncing off the trampoline and then collecting. 'Bout covered the entire tramp.

That was pretty scary last night, especially the storm around 7:30. I've never seen so much hail. Found a few golf ball sized.

I have never heard so many sirens last night.

Helluva night. Don't want to go through that again.

insurance contractor was just out at the house and informed me the hail did a number to the roof so i guess, (hopefully) they will cover a new roof....also the front of the house is battered and beaten, chiped up everywhere...

what a mess but thankfully we all made it through...

Beware the swarm of fly-by-night roof repair guys that are likely already canvasing the area. Find a reputable local outfit.

My back windshield shattered, hail damage on both vehicles. My insurance company had it towed to TN Collision in Alcoa. Tow truck driver said they wouldn't take it; over 200 vehicles already.:scared It is sitting at the tow truck company now because there are no rental cars available anywhere.:scared

Supposed to close on my house today, then our new house right after. I went to our new house right off of Lovell on Pellissippi and it didn't even look like it rained? Movers at my house last night at 6:15, my phone rings and my realtor says I have to file a claim with my insurance company because of the siding. I said, " The f****** b**** is going to put vinyl f****** siding on the f****** thing anyway! What the f*** does it f****** matter?"

My neighbor put a new roof on our house five months ago. He said there is $200 worth of damage, no need to file a claim, he will take care of it.

Here's the greatest part - As of midnight last night, I switched from Acuity to State Auto. When the stupid f****** c*** called, it was too late to get a claim in. :facepalm:

For all the heckling I have given Nole, you think he will bail me out today if things go bad?

In perspective, got to the in laws last night, saw my two kids sleeping and just laid down in the middle of them and realized that 300+ ppl died Wed. night. It's just money right.

originally from Huntsville and NO ONE in the entire county has power and could be 3 -10 days before restored ... very lucky that all my family has been accounted for but I still have several friends unable to connect or accounted for

just found our first leak from the roof....:facepalm:

i hope like hell the ins company gives us enough money to buy a new rof, get the front of the house fixed back up and fix our screens in our new windows....may take several weeks to get all completed but hopefully it will get done and thank GOD we are still alive to worry about these small things..

its almost time for a round of golf

maybe volfan, skipper and nole can meet me somewhere to play int eh next few weeks
