NOTRE DAME -14...Line moving up fast. This is actually a neutral site game at HSBC Arena. ND has routed similar competition this year. Everyone is healthy, and they were focused in practice on getting off to a fast start in this game. Both teams are coming off layoffs, but Canisius is simply overmatched here and coming off bad loss to Rider. ND won by 28 last year and are capable of same today....WESTERN MICHIGAN -3...Marshall has travel issues here. Down in Alabama last week, up in Michigan this week. Playing freshman at point and turned it over 26 times in last saturday`s blowout loss to Auburn.Broncos playing solid ball right now.Winning last two on road with great D and solid point play. Playing with double revenge here with both losses being very close. Will give motivated team playing better ball a chance here. GL

FYI, This isn't a nuetral site. This is the major arena in Buffalo. Canisius is located in Buffalo. They are still at home. They're just not playing in the school gym.

They play several games in the arena each year.

I know Buffalo geography quite well. I was trying to point out that playing in a big arena that you don`t practice in diminishes home court edge. Also ND has a strong following in Western NY, it was mentioned in the Buffalo News article on the game. Perhaps I should have been more specific and the pick lost anyway but didn`t want to be called out for being Buffalo-Challenged when I am quite familiar with the city.
