sorry, it's getting close to game time. but wanted to provide some help for my fellow jackers (that does NOT sound right). anyway, i have this bet live. i assume the braves will use Sale if they lose game one. and if he pitches, he's going to get 4 Ks to pass Skubal. so it's pretty much a lock that the Mets will win game 1. bet your house on it. bet your neighbor's house on it. you're welcome.

i'm trying to figure out how much to put on the mets in game 1. trying to remember i'm really just hedging against a $20 bet.

was just texting my friend who is a mets fan, and he reminded me that, if history has taught us anything, it's that the mets will definitely lose both games.

no idea how the mets were +875, only down 1 going into the 9th with the braves' closer out of the game. but damn straight i grabbed a little.

i was betting the mets at +375 for game 2 when i got locked out. now they're +240.

i understand the desire to hold Sale for the WC game 1, but you gotta make sure you get there. they must figure Holmes can handle the mets scrubs. we shall see. now the question is... when Holmes gets knocked out in the 2nd inning, will they bring Sale in?

i just saw that Sale has back spasms, starting last night. so he probably isn't available at all. if the braves can manage to win without Sale (certainly not a sure thing)... i will be shitting in high clover indeed.
