Nice! I miss being able to take the subway from Manhattan to Yankee Stadium on days like these. D train, if I recall correctly. Should be a fun time.

I took over 8.5. Not the best pitching matchup tonight. I expect both teams to come through with enough hitting to get over the number. The weather report says it’s going to be fairly hot so hoping the ball will carry well enough to produce some home runs. HP umpire Lance Barrett won’t help given his typical pitcher friendly strike zone, but that shouldn’t have enough impact to stop the runs necessary. Enjoy!

Wow. I was completely wrong about pitcher friendly HP umpire Barrett not affecting the chances for the over hitting. That strike zone has been more than generous. I was wrong about the ball carrying well too. Most importantly, I was completely wrong about the starting pitcher’s expected performance and the hitting tonight. Looks like a nice evening nonetheless. Beautiful evening and close game to watch in those seats for you, at least
